Korean Skin Care: Want That Glass Looking Skin?

How I wish I had that super shiny and super neat and clear skin like a Korean girl!😍 The Korean skin care is world famous; these beauties stand out among the masses flaunting their striking glass skin.

Have you ever wondered🤔, what these ladies use in terms of their skin care regimen. Now, let me tell you that most of them don’t even use those expensive range of skin care products and don’t dig a hole in their pockets, running after every skin brand, here and there. The Korean beauties follow some simple, organic and inexpensive home remedies to have a crystal clear shining skin. Their CTM (cleansing, toning and moisturizing) routine is pretty simple and natural.

Top And Most Effective Korean Skin Care Steps

Step 1:  Cleansing with Coconut oil

Take a bowl; add some coconut oil in it. With a help of a cotton ball, apply the cleanser all over your face gently in circular motions. Wash off with water and make sure to use an herbal face wash along with it (like a neem wash). It will remove all the excess oil. The coconut oil has amazing anti-microbial properties that can cleanse your skin deeply from within. To add on, it can kill all the bacteria on your skin and gets you free from all those nasty pimples and stubborn marks.

Step 2:  Exfoliating with Rice Flour

Ladies, just imagine! This is such an affordable and super effective exfoliator that can leave your skin flawless. You can get it from a nearby grocery store or you can even make it at home by blending some rice in a grinder and you’re good to go.
Simply take one tablespoon of yogurt/rose water with one tablespoon of rice flour and mix it in a bowl. Also add some lemon juice (skip the lemon if your skin is sensitive). Now, wet your skin first with some water and then gently scrub this paste on your face for 3-4 minutes. Wash off with water. Use this step only 3 times a week as you don’t requite to exfoliate daily. Rice will remove all the dead skin cells and will also nourish the fresh new skin.

Step 3: Toning With Tomatoes

Everything right in your kitchen! Isn’t it? Take 2 tablespoons of fresh tomato juice with same amount of honey or you can skip honey too. Apply the toner on your face in round outward motions. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash off with plain water.

Step 4: Moisturizing with Milk

All you need is one tablespoon of raw milk and one capsule of vitamin e, which you can easily get in your nearest drugstore. Mix it well in a bowl and apply it on the face, massaging for about 3-4 minutes. Simply wash off with water. You can do this on a daily basis or for 3-4 times a week. You can use your normal moisturizer for rest of the lazy days. Milk is said to be one of the best natural skin moisturizer and it has the ability to deeply nourish your skin layers, leaving it hydrated and nourished.
